History of Ayurved

India’s ancient system of medicine, Ayurved, dates back over five thousand years.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. माझे नाव तेजस विलास गाडगे, वय 25 वर्षे, राहणार साकोरी. माझ्या उजव्या पायाच्या अंगठ्याला कुरूप झाले होते. त्यामुळे अंगठा व्यवस्थित टेकवता येत नव्हता, चालताना त्रास होत होता आणि मला लंगडत चालावे लागत होते. जवळपास तीन महिन्यांपासून हा त्रास सुरू होता. यासाठी मी स्थानिक डॉक्टरांकडून उपचार घेतले; मात्र अपेक्षित आराम मिळण्याऐवजी त्रास कायम राहिला. यानंतर मला ओतूर येथील डॉ. अमित काशिद यांच्या अष्टांग आयुर्वेद हॉस्पिटलची माहिती मिळाली. तेथे तपासणी केल्यानंतर डॉक्टरांनी माझ्या पायाच्या अंगठ्यावरील कुरूपावर उपचार केला. माझ्या अनुभवातील विशेष बाब म्हणजे ही प्रक्रिया मला भूल न देता, रक्तस्त्राव न होता आणि  कुठलाही त्रास न होऊ देता करण्यात आली. उपचारासाठी साधारण दहा मिनिटे लागली आणि त्यानंतर मला अंगठ्यावर व पायावर वजन देऊन चालता आले. तीन महिन्यांपासून चालताना होत असलेला त्रास कमी होऊन उपचारानंतर लगेच चालता आल्याचा अनुभव माझ्यासाठी निश्चितच समाधानकारक होता. माझ्यासारखा पायाच्या अंगठ्याशी किंवा अशाच प्रकारच्या समस्येशी संबंधित त्रास कोणाला होत असेल, तर योग्य तपासणी आणि उपचारासाठी अष्टांग आयुर्वेद हॉस्पिटल, ओतूर येथे डॉक्टरांचा सल्ला घेण्याचा माझा वैयक्तिक अनुभव आहे. — तेजस विलास गाडगे, साकोरी

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. मी सचिन भांबेरे (वय 42 वर्षे). मला जवळजवळ सव्वा वर्षापासून युरिक ॲसिडमुळे (गावठी चाटा) खूप त्रास होत होता. नियमित वेदनाशामक औषधे घेत असूनही विशेष फरक जाणवत नव्हता. हाताच्या बोटांमध्ये, मनगटात, कोपरात, पायाच्या तळव्यांमध्ये तीव्र वेदना, आग होणे, चिडचिड, अस्वस्थता, अपचन आणि पोट फुगणे अशा अनेक समस्या होत्या. त्यामुळे दैनंदिन कामे करणेही कठीण झाले होते. अनेक ठिकाणी उपचार करूनही समाधानकारक परिणाम मिळाला नाही. त्यानंतर बेल्हे येथील डॉ. सुशांत नढे यांनी मला ओतूर येथील अष्टांग आयुर्वेद चिकित्सालय येथे डॉ. अमित काशीद यांच्याकडे जाण्याचा सल्ला दिला. तपासणीनंतर डॉक्टरांनी माझ्या प्रकृतीनुसार रक्तमोक्षण उपचार आणि आयुर्वेदिक औषधांचा सल्ला दिला. रक्तमोक्षणानंतर मला लगेचच लक्षणांमध्ये लक्षणीय आराम जाणवला आणि पुढील सुमारे 15 दिवसांच्या उपचारांमध्ये सांध्यांतील वेदना व इतर त्रासामध्ये आणखी चांगली सुधारणा झाली. माझ्यासाठी हा अनुभव अत्यंत समाधानकारक आणि सकारात्मक होता. डॉ. अमित काशीद यांनी उपचाराबरोबरच आहार-विहार आणि जीवनशैलीबाबतही सविस्तर मार्गदर्शन केले. हॉस्पिटलमधील कर्मचारीवर्ग, स्वच्छता आणि रुग्णांशी वागण्याची पद्धतही खूप चांगली वाटली. जुन्नर, ओतूर, बेल्हे, पारनेर, संगमनेर आणि आसपासच्या परिसरातील सांधेदुखी, युरिक ॲसिड किंवा अशा प्रकारच्या समस्यांनी त्रस्त असलेल्या व्यक्तींनी एकदा तरी अष्टांग आयुर्वेद चिकित्सालय येथे तज्ज्ञांचा सल्ला घ्यावा, अशी माझी वैयक्तिक शिफारस आहे. प्रत्येक रुग्णाचा अनुभव वेगळा असू शकतो, परंतु मला येथे मिळालेल्या उपचारांचा चांगला फायदा झाला.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. मी सौ. चांगुनाबाई शिवराम पानसरे, रा. साकोरी, जुन्नर. मला गेल्या ६ महिन्यांपासून उजव्या पायाच्या टाचेला खूप वेदनादायक कॉर्न (कुरूप) झाला होता. त्यामुळे चालणे खूप कठीण झाले होते. सततच्या वेदनांमुळे रात्री शांत झोपही लागत नव्हती. हळूहळू या त्रासामुळे डावा गुडगा, कंबर आणि मणक्यालाही त्रास जाणवू लागला. या समस्येसाठी अनेक ठिकाणी उपचार घेतले, पण अपेक्षित आराम मिळाला नाही. त्यानंतर बेल्हे येथील डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्याने मी अष्टांग आयुर्वेद चिकित्सालय, ओतूर येथे डॉ. अमित काशीद यांना भेट दिली. डॉक्टरांनी माझी समस्या नीट समजून घेत तपासणी केली आणि योग्य उपचार केले. उपचार प्रक्रिया अतिशय व्यवस्थित आणि समाधानकारक होती. उपचारानंतर मला चालण्यात लगेचच फरक जाणवला आणि वेदना खूप प्रमाणात कमी झाल्या. आता दैनंदिन कामे करणे खूप सोपे झाले आहे. डॉ. अमित काशिद आणि अष्टांग आयुर्वेद चिकित्सालय येथील सेवा, मार्गदर्शन आणि रुग्णांप्रती असलेली काळजी याबद्दल मी मनापासून आभारी आहे. जुन्नर, ओतूर, आंबेगाव, नारायणगाव, संगमनेर परिसरातील पायातील कॉर्न (कुरूप), टाचदुखी, चालताना वेदना अशा समस्यांसाठी उपचार शोधत असाल, तर माझा येथेचा अनुभव अतिशय चांगला राहिला.
